For relaxed muscles and increased circulation

Maximize the benefits of heat by applying more layers of paraffin. The more layers of paraffin you apply, the longer the heat will last. We recommend 10 to 15 layers. Prolong the effect by using the plastic liners and warm gloves or boots (for hands and feet).

For very dry, cracked skin

When using the paraffin for dry, cracked skin apply a light coat of moisturizing cream prior to dipping. Rub additional lotion into cuticles and dry areas. Apply additional lotion after the paraffin bath too.
